The cut-off date to book your hotel room is Sunday, September 3, 2023 at both hotels. Please note, the room block is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may sell out prior to the cut-off date.

Room Rate
Industry room rates are $169 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 15%) and a $2.00 City Surcharge.
Government Per Diem rooms are $98 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 15%) and a $2.00 City Surcharge.

Check-in and Check-out at Both Hotels

  • Check-in: 4:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am

Please note, any attendee wishing special consideration for late checkout should inquire at the front desk on the day of departure.

Parking at Both Hotels

Self parking is a discounted rate of $6/day for hotel guests and local attendees. Valet parking is not available at this hotel. EV charging stations can be found nearby within a 1 mile radius of the hotel.
